Fun times with your honey bunny! Couples' training is the time for you and your spouse to grind it out together during a 45min to 1 hr long session with me! This will include detailed instruction during workouts, and it involves an initial exercise screening, goal-setting and health education as well. I will design a challenging workout routine for you both but will assess your individual wants/needs too. Expect tough workouts as you progress and motivation to help you fuel through along the way!
