Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates initial exercise screening, goal-setting and health education. I will design a challenging workout routine specifically designed for each individual's needs. Expect tough workouts as you progress and motivation to help you fuel through along the way. Each session will last 45min to an hour depending on what all will be covered during that session Let's work!
