On the fitness side of things, a consultation with me includes a workout plan that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, depending on your specific needs. We will take initial measurements, weight, etc. to determine the best route for you to take in your journey to weight loss, toning, or just overall general fitness. A nutrition plan is included and you will be asked to implement both immediately to be sure we achieve the goals in which you may have set for yourself. This meeting will last no longer than 30 to 45min.
