I will organize and lead moderate to high intensity sessions which can include aerobic exercise, stretching, muscle conditioning, resistance training and flexibility techniques. Most of these sessions are 45min or more depending upon the focus for that particular session. Expect constant movement for most of these sessions are circuit style or HIIT. High energy & definitely a push! Let's Go!
