Sports performance training is a type of training that is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. It is all about explosive movements, reaction, speed, strength and agility. During these sessions, prepare to be challenged and pushed to the limit! I will focus in on body mechanics, shooting mechanics, fundamentals, footwork and just making sure the entire athlete is getting all that they've asked for. Grind it out! Game time! Each session will last 1hr or more depending on what we're focusing in on first that particular session.
